Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative - Spanish Bilingual - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns regarding health insurance policies and personal information updates
• Provide support for completing orders and inform customers about relevant changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
