Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Help Desk Support professional to provide technical support for company-maintained systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware, software, and operational issues in both Spanish and English
  • Document incidents in the Incident Management System and determine initial routing of reported cases
  • Assist with electronic setup for new office locations and perform quality assurance testing of new software
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Basic knowledge of computer-based systems and company business processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and remotely install hardware
  • A 2-year technical school degree or related technical certifications (preferred)
