Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Help Desk Support professional to provide technical support for company-maintained systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware, software, and operational issues in both Spanish and English
- Document incidents in the Incident Management System and determine initial routing of reported cases
- Assist with electronic setup for new office locations and perform quality assurance testing of new software
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic knowledge of computer-based systems and company business processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and remotely install hardware
- A 2-year technical school degree or related technical certifications (preferred)
