Bilingual Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter - Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify top talent across multiple platforms
• Screen candidates to assess suitability based on role requirements
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to support multiple active roles

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume or RPO environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment practices and job markets
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles is a plus
• Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities
