A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter - Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify top talent across multiple platforms
- Screen candidates to assess suitability based on role requirements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to support multiple active roles
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume or RPO environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment practices and job markets
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles is a plus
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities
