Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and retention strategies through various communication channels
- Accurately determine eligibility for care coordination and service line navigation while maintaining quality measures
- Document and address patient complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, ensuring adherence to protocols
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred
- Telephone/call center experience required
- Working knowledge of a Windows-based computer environment required
- Two years of college preferred
