Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with pre-registering for appointments, surgeries, or procedures, focusing on non-English speaking patients
• Verify insurance coverage and provide financial transparency, including cost estimates and payment collection
• Collaborate with team members to ensure patient satisfaction and meet call center productivity measures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience in an acute care facility, medical office, or call center
• Passing score on language proficiency test; must be Spanish speaking
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and excellent computer skills
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
