Key Responsibilities

• Contact members telephonically, making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
• Contact a minimum of 30 members per day and maintain an audit score of 95% monthly

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent healthcare call center experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Typing skills; WPM should be listed on resume
• Knowledge of Medicaid and associated computer software
• High School Diploma or GED
