Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Customer Expert for evening and overnight shifts in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries and concerns
• Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while meeting sales objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of sales customer service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and ability to type 25 wpm
