Key Responsibilities

- Document calls and case notes accurately, while collaborating respectfully with colleagues and participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to schedules
- Experience using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus
