Required Qualifications

• High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in a customer service-related field
• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to schedules
• Experience using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus
