Bilingual Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Vietnamese.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers or restaurants
• Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM
• Facilitate and document accurate correspondence between the restaurant and customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Call center experience is a plus
• Food industry experience is a plus
