Billing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Billing Representative to join their team remotely across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document customer information regarding payment expectations and account status
• Contact customers via mail, email, and phone to negotiate payment and resolve outstanding medical bills
• Prepare reports for internal management on the status of medical bills and payment settlements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Windows and basic navigation
• Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
