Billing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy
• Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries, processing requests and distributing them appropriately
• Send out itemized bills and review attorney checks for posting eligibility

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
• Understanding of itemized medical bills and the medical billing authorization process
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple programs
