Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist I to manage billing processes and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills, resolving errors and duplicate billing
• Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure timely resolution of billing issues
• Facilitate and improve the efficiency of the billing cycle from carrier freight bill to client payment

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics
• Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
