Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage contract setups, invoicing, and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new sales orders in billing systems accurately and on time
  • Generate and deliver invoices to customers according to contract terms
  • Review and process amendments and terminations of contracts to ensure accurate billing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in billing and/or finance processes
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zendesk preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team
