Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage contract setups, invoicing, and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new sales orders in billing systems accurately and on time
- Generate and deliver invoices to customers according to contract terms
- Review and process amendments and terminations of contracts to ensure accurate billing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in billing and/or finance processes
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zendesk preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team
