A company is looking for a Billing Support Representative I to serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries from patients, clients, and payors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support to clients and patients regarding billing-related issues
- Document all interactions with clients, patients, and payors within the company systems
- Assist with incoming inquiries and strive for one-touch resolution for billing-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing support
- High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in health care or clinical laboratory preferred
- Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance plans
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage required
