Job Summary
A company is looking for a Biospecimen Registration & Reconciliation Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve biospecimens and associated data in accordance with best practices and study requirements
- Reconcile discrepancies in biospecimen data by collaborating with clinical sites and updating databases
- Coordinate logistics for biospecimen collection and shipping, and present relevant metrics to study teams
Required Qualifications
- Medical Technician or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or health-related field
- At least two years of experience in managing biospecimens and related data
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and clinical databases
- Familiarity with standard biospecimen processes and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
