Blow Molder Technical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Blow Molder Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline communications between customers by establishing a dedicated project management platform for tracking requests and feedback
• Enable transparency and rapid response to changing needs through an integrated digital system for sharing label specs and production schedules
• Align IML production with customer operations by conducting workshops to define workflows and establish KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Preferred location is Ohio or surrounding areas within the Midwest near a major airport
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• 5+ years proven work experience in label or packaging manufacturing
• Deep understanding of the sales and product life cycle
• Demonstrated understanding of technical processes related to blow molding and in mold labeling
