Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster for AL, NC, and SC.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves complex compliance issues related to claims
• Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with best practices
• Acts as the primary contact for policyholder attorneys and coordinates appraisal processes for complex claims

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• No supervisory responsibilities associated with the position
