Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Negotiate fair injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones
• Ability to communicate effectively through various channels including voice calls, email, and text
• Experience in claims handling or related field is preferred
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for negotiation processes
• Early career professional level
