Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Liability (non-auto) Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states (ideally NY, FL, TX, AZ)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
