Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships, ensuring accountability and strategy implementation
- Monitor and report on customer program progress, providing performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain a cohesive approach to brand protection and conduct quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Brand Protection or a related role, preferably as a Client Manager or Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Motivated, results-driven individual with strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
