Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bureau Specialist to monitor regulatory changes and implement product changes for designated lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor regulatory changes and Rate Service Organization revisions for designated lines of business
- Prepare and submit filings to state insurance departments and maintain compliance with state statutes and regulations
- Create training materials and assist system users in resolving processing problems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 years of commercial multi-line underwriting or product development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Completion of a Program in General Insurance
- Associate in Underwriting designation is preferred
- Basic knowledge of personal computers, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
