Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage technology projects and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Manage multiple projects and enhancements while supporting daily business operations
• Document and maintain solution documentation, including design and testing scripts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience as a solution lead in a corporate environment, preferably in HR Technology
• Experience working with cross-functional teams at various organizational levels
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
• Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques, including business requirement and technical specifications
