Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience as a solution lead in a corporate environment, preferably in HR Technology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams at various organizational levels
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques, including business requirement and technical specifications
