Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes for improvements
• Perform detailed analysis on projects, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry or data-driven environments preferred
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
