Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
• Use Jira to build out new products, features, and process enhancements
• Lead analysis of project performance data to identify risks and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a technical environment
• Proficient in Jira administration, including custom workflows and reporting
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in a cross-functional environment
