Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst IV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and manage requirements for technology and business improvement projects
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test strategies and coordinating testing activities
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and support project management
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of related experience, preferably in process improvement and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications preferred
- Experience in re-engineering processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and managing requirements
- Experience leading user acceptance testing
