Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Claims, Excel).

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements to improve existing processes and recommend business solutions
• Lead coordination efforts between various business units and assist in updating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
