Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II focused on Medicare provider directories.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data mapping and validation for large datasets related to Medicare provider directories
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues during system rollouts
• Identify and analyze user requirements to improve existing processes and recommend business solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and advanced functions
• Experience with large-scale data mapping and transformation, and familiarity with Medicare data is highly preferred
