Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and problems to improve existing processes
• Perform detailed analysis on projects, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or 1+ year of managed care encounters experience
• Knowledge of claims and/or encounter processing and data analysis preferred
• Understanding of HIPAA transactions preferred
• Experience in SQL scripting preferred
