Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Gather, understand, and document business objectives, requirements, and specifications for projects
• Develop and execute unit and system test cases, scripts, and plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience applying information systems solutions to business problems
• Experience in system testing, validation, and end-user support
• Solid understanding of SDLC and application development processes
• Experience in creating training documentation and facilitating user training sessions
