Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst for the Medicaid/Medicare Subrogation and Workers Compensation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of business issues and strategies to enhance capabilities through technology
• Assist in formulating recommendations to improve business processes for operations and client needs
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and communicate business requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Two or more years of business analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field such as Information Technology or Data Science
• Experience in the Medicaid industry preferred
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts and SQL query writing
