Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to provide analytical support through research, data interpretation, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and create use cases for system design and implementation
• Support business testing of new products and enhancements, and respond to provider inquiries
• Utilize data reporting platforms to conduct analysis and generate operational insights

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a business analyst in a health or dental insurance environment preferred
• Solid understanding of structured analysis techniques for process and data evaluation
• Strong working knowledge of Qualtrics, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
