Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain third-party tools such as time reporting, scheduling, and CRM systems
- Troubleshoot user issues and manage vendor relationships, including license renewals and system updates
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance while developing internal documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of workforce processes including time tracking and compliance
- Experience managing system settings and user accounts
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and documentation tools
