Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions
- Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 projects
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
- Ability to create user documentation and training materials
- Experience in managing upgrade processes and resolving technical issues
- Background in supporting ERP systems in a hands-on capacity
