Key Responsibilities
- Support outbound outreach efforts through email, phone, and social media to identify and engage potential prospects
- Assist in researching target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers
- Help qualify inbound leads from web inquiries, events, and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (internship or part-time experience welcome)
- Familiarity with or interest in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
- Interest in the SaaS, tech, supply chain, or logistics industries
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Team-oriented and open to feedback
