Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in a CRO or clinical trials environment
- Experience in CRO, FSP, and Staffing business development
- Proven ability to generate new ideas and strategies for sales improvement
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
