A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new logo pipeline through outbound efforts and qualify high-priority leads
- Promptly action Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve conversion rates and develop sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role
- 1 year of experience in cold calling prospects
- Experience in outbounding to new accounts
- Demonstrated over-performance in sales for at least one quarter
- Familiarity with Outreach/Salesloft and Salesforce.com is a bonus
