Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in the educational technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outreach to Transportation Directors at school districts to book demos for the Sales Executive Team
  • Manage lead funnel and run outreach cadences using SalesLoft and Salesforce
  • Participate in team engagement activities, including role plays and call coaching sessions, to enhance lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of outbound technology sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in cold calling and email outreach with a focus on relationship building
  • Ability to manage large prospect lists and maintain meticulous records of outreach
  • Technical aptitude to master sales tools and CRM systems
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment
