Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop KPIs and performance measures for Operations leadership
• Interpret and analyze operational metrics to create dashboards and reports
• Lead efforts to measure client satisfaction and predict client losses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Power BI
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
• Experience working with SQL or other relational databases
• Experience in a help desk/technical support department is a plus
