Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business/Workforce Management Analyst, Rare Disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Case Manager and HUB reporting and data analysis to support operations and strategic planning
- Provide daily monitoring of hub services and develop new data sets and critical metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to implement improvements based on analytical findings
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical function supporting commercial organizations
- 5+ years of MS Office experience for documentation and presentations
- Proven experience using WFM software
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools and report building
