Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support business office processes for skilled nursing facilities
- Lead training and implementation of billing processes and monitor compliance
- Consult and guide Business Office Managers on billing, collections, and internal controls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of five years managing a skilled nursing facility business office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, or related field required
- Extensive experience in billing and collections within long-term care
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification preferred
- Experience with Managed Care billing and processes required
