A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the CRM platform while supporting leadership decision-making and daily operations
- Analyze key business performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders
- Manage the data QA process and maintain data integrity across internal and external platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales operations, or business operations at a startup
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Passion for digital advertising; experience in healthcare is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus; beginner SQL experience is also a plus
