A company is looking for a Business & Quality Assurance Analyst to manage and execute data-centric projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle by identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly
• Oversee data-related projects, manage task delegation, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Produce documentation that describes business problems and requirements for use by business and development teams

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in business discovery and requirements gathering with various teams
• Proficiency in managing data-centric projects, including task delegation and progress tracking
• Experience in testing software and maintaining data accuracy and validation
• Advanced English skills for daily communication with stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams
