Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to streamline customer contract eligibility
- Foster relationships with suppliers to review tier eligibility gaps and maintain communication
- Administer customer contract eligibility and ensure accuracy in the contract system
Required Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- 1+ year experience in customer or contract administration support
- Strong intermediate proficiency with Excel
- Knowledge of JD Edwards and Salesforce preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
