Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist to support process improvement efforts and manage project governance models in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce monthly SLA reports for customers using tools like ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Manage large-scale technical projects, including planning and monitoring project performance
  • Assist in implementing project management best practices and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • 1+ year of analytical and technical project/program management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Cloud/IT operations or similar fields
  • 1+ years of experience within an SAP environment
