Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist to support process improvement efforts and manage project governance models in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly SLA reports for customers using tools like ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Manage large-scale technical projects, including planning and monitoring project performance
- Assist in implementing project management best practices and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
- 1+ year of analytical and technical project/program management experience
- 1+ years of experience in Cloud/IT operations or similar fields
- 1+ years of experience within an SAP environment
