Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between IT and Marketing teams to enhance processes and workflows
- Advise on business processes and technology development in Salesforce, Marketo, and related applications
- Participate in key IT projects and collaborate on cross-team initiatives while maintaining effective communication with partners
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields focused on the Salesforce stack
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or customer success operations
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and knowledge of boundary systems like Marketo and Outreach
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Background in standard Marketing methodologies, lead flow, and campaign management
