- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in core business analysis activities, including workflow creation and requirements gathering
- In-depth understanding of the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with testing, production support, and troubleshooting processes
