A company is looking for a Business System Analyst to provide analysis support within a defined business or process area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts process-specific requirements analysis and develops detailed process documentation
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify business objectives and potential risks, providing resolution strategies
- Supports end-user training and addresses process questions while ensuring requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to servicing a DoD client
- Experience in delivering high-quality soft skills, including time management and customer service
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines
