Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst responsible for implementing and supporting technology tools used by business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders by understanding operational processes and systems
• Provide day-to-day support for complex application systems and conduct program tests
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend sustainable improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare or related industries
• Experience with software and system integration, including SQL queries and APIs
• Solid analytical skills to resolve moderately complex problems
• Creative curiosity and ability to envision paths for improvement
• Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus
