Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst V.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with teams and application owners to collect detailed application data
• Analyze existing reports to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Define and document process flows and provide recommendations to enhance data collection processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven expertise in data management and data gathering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture is preferred
