Key Responsibilities
- Execute and refine the Lead-to-Cash integration playbook for newly acquired SaaS businesses
- Align lead-to-cash processes across platforms including CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data migration and revenue recognition
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 or more years of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in business systems or revenue operations
- Deep understanding of the lead-to-cash workflow, including CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP components
- Experience with customer records analysis from systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite
- Strong grasp of SaaS business models, including subscription billing and revenue recognition
- High proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation and reporting
